Exactly what would you be suing for? You have submitted no proof of any malpractice. Bark up another tree looking for a free ride.
Reply:and your question for a cop is?
Reply:Well YOU can't sure for anything unless your parents do it for you (if you're under 18) or you are emancipated. That being said, you can sue for anything, whether you have a case is another thing.

In order to win a medical malpractice case, you have to prove that the dentist breached the standards of care and was somehow negligent. That doesn't mean that they can

t make mistakes or that you can't ever get hurt. It really just means that they had to be at fault in some way. I don't know enough to say that happened here or not. You could have had a tough case and no matter who the dentist was, it could have sucked for you. The fact is that root canals are painful and excruciating procedurtes, so you may not have gone through a much worse experience than anyone else.

You would also have to prove damages, like medical bills or pain and sufferring....etc.

My advice would be to talk to your parents and see if they want to speak to a lawyer. if not, then i would advice taking better care of those teeth so you never have to go through that again.
Reply:No-I used to be a dental assistant, and often debris from the amalgam mix or glue used to hold your cap on will flow down your throat. Sometimes it escapes suction technique.

If you had the root canal on the upper part of your mouth, your sinuses are going to be messed up because of the injection used to numb you for the procedure. It should go away by the next day or two.

I don't see anything you can sue the dentist for. It's all normal procedure.
