they kinda go in..and my other teeth arent the straightest..but they arent the worst.

Reply:Pictures would help. It sounds like you will need them, and better to get them when your're young if you or your parents can afford them. If not you may have to grin and bare it. LOL.


How about seeing a dentist, they will tell you if it's needed.
Reply:probably. if you're worried about it, or you personally think you might need braces, go see an orthodontist for a consultation.





there's different options for braces nowadays. You can get the regular metal brackets, ceramic (clear) brackets, back braces (where they put the brackets/wires on the back of your teeth), or completely clear ones that you can't even see unless you look very closely (called Invisalign)





Most people have braces for 1~2 years and have retainers prior to or after the process, but it's really different for everyone. You can't really determine these things unless an orthodontist takes a look at your teeth, so again, my suggestion would be to actually go see one.
Reply:Yeah,sounds like it. If u want a nice smile, sometimes u have to pay for it. You should be asking your dentist, not us !


(hint) Tell your dentist it hurts when u bite down, tell him u dont think your teeth line up when closed .He will refer u to a orthodontist, then insurance might pick up the Bill !
Reply:yes get braces you'll regret it if you dont and get it ASAP you dont want braces when your heaps old... usually 18-24 months.
Reply:If you can afford them and you want them you should get them. I think, if your teeth make you insecure at all, then it's a good reason to get them. When you see an Orthodontist they will explain the whole process and tell you about how long you would have to have them on.
