What do you think these lyrics mean, and how would you interpret them?

Thoughts are scattered

Rest peaceful now whispers of wind

Trees are bored

Rest peaceful now leaves blown in

Your face will laugh

And your smile, your grin,

I'll see that healthy chin.

Let me touch that sparkling tooth.

Take a picture of that chip

It was the best, none the less

Don't care about the rest

Your smile when you laughed

oh that tooth was the best

Thoughts are scattered

Rest peaceful now whispers of wind

Trees are bored

Rest peaceful now leaves blown in

Oh I loved to see you smile.

I haven't seen you a while

But I hope your looking down.

Around where ever you are.

I hope your in a better place.

In a far better town.

Priest River, can bring you down.

I just loved to see you smiiillle.

Thoughts are scattered

Rest peaceful now whispers of wind

Trees are bored

Rest peaceful now leaves blown in

I just hope I see you around,

In another form downtown...

In this lifetime.

Someone's reminiscing about a friend or a loved one who's moved on or passed away. That's the vibe I get. Simple and straightforward. Awesome lyrics.
Reply:iv never heard the song before but it sounds like a child passing away, dang near almost made me cry!!
Reply:my guess is his wife or mom

or if it is a chick than husband or father

either way, someone the artist loves very much

and he/she has died, recently and all he/she want's is to be with him/her again.

the person has little self-confidence, but none the less, the artist still thought he/she was beautiful.
Reply:Never heard the song. Sounds nice. I would say that if I were to make a story in my mind. Id see a woman... sitting outside, countyside. On a Autum day, with the wind blowing threw her hair. Remembering, Pictures flashing of this person. Young or old. That she can only remember in happyness. Flashing pictures of this person, laughing and giggling. With a huge, welcoming smile. With that unforgettable chip. The one thing that made that smile so eunique. And hoping that, that person is looking down, smiling, remembering those great times.
