Hi! I've been in dentistry for over 25 years and I agree the bubble thing could be a wisdom tooth. The sealant is intact but it looks like one of the pits/fissures was not covered. This is a stain and should be checked for decay. If this is a cavity it will take about 2 minutes to fix because it is so tiny. The pain is probably from your wisdom teeth because they have no room to come in. YOU must get an Xray and discuss the removal soon. The pain will get worse and you don't need the headaches and jaw pain that come with waiting. The dentist can check you tooth for stain or decay when he takes the xray. I have to tell you, you picture was a great help in seeing the problems, if more people did this it would help me soooo much to give perfect accurate answers. Often what people say, is not the whole picture of the problem. You did good. Please don't worry, wisdom teeth are painful but once they are out, you will forget about it. Good luck, if you have any other questions, please ask. Marie

Reply:It could be your wisdom teeth coming in and it could be a cavity. Go to the dentist and have them look at it and get x-rays.
Reply:Obviously, you don't brush well. Try to brush at least twice if not 3 times a day, flossing every day. It could be that you're drinking too much soda or acidic juice. You could also have a bad cavity or some sort of infection that has taken over your tooth. If it is an infection, you should see your dentist immediately! Try to get in as soon as possible just to be safe. Good luck!
Reply:Your 2nd molar has a sealant, a sealant protects the grooves of the teeth, helps prevent cavities, behind that is a wisdom tooth starting to erupt, that is the little whitish area behind the second molar. The first molar is too blurry to see anything decisive.

I had a hard time understanding your "lingo"- that would help to give you a bettter answer
