I need help with a Riddle, its very tricky?

OK, so a friend sent me this and won't tell me what it means. But it DOES have a meaning.





It comes written in a letter (friend and I write to each other) The riddle is written as an equation and as Pictures.





Equation- (T+T)+F+N=?





Picture: (*tree*+*Tooth*)+*fish*+Nickel*=?





All ive got so far is the first part, Tree + tooth= Truth(?)





Please help!
