Any makeup tricks that make your face look thinner?
This is J. Lo's makeup artist's trick. Get an eyeshadow a shade or two darker than your skin tone and a powder brush. Feather your brush UNDER your cheekbones and along the underside of your jawline. Use a highlighter or illuminator such as L'oreal bare naturale all over mineral glow in powder form, or an illuminator by Neutrogena in liquid form and put it on the most prominent part of your cheekbone.
Reply:Try getting some highlight powder, just a shade lighter than your foundation. Brush it lightly on the bridge of your nose, forehead, and chin. It's a bit like a spotlight that takes attention away from your cheeks.
Reply:Try contouring. I like to get a foundation that's a couple shades darker than my usual color and blend it just under my cheekbones, along my jawline, and at my temples. It makes a HUGE difference and makes your face look thinner and more sculpted.
Reply:Well, first you might try a new haircut. If that doesn't work, try a bronzer, or accenting something else. I have the same problem, and this works.
Reply:shading a beige blush LIGHTLY under your cheekbones. then a highlighting powder on top of your cheekbones.
