Photoshop....where to find it?

I've seen lots of websites with photoshopped celebrities- either makeing them look better, worse, obese, or anorexic. Where can I find a program so I can do that to my pictures? Also where can I find a program to change eye and teeth color? I can do it on my own but it looks kinda crappy and it take forever- I've heard there's something called photoshop that does stuff like that for you.

And please tell me what they r called don't just say go to walmart or something, tell me what program it's called AND where to find it

Photoshop....where to find it?
Photoshop is the industry-standard image editing program for art and design professionals. This is not a cheap program -- buying the full version of Adobe Photoshop CS3 is $695. A less expensive version of Photoshop that will still do what you are asking for is Adobe Photoshop Elements for $90. You can buy these programs at many stores, including Best Buy and the Apple Store.

Please be aware that there are no software programs that do that "stuff for you." You can do what you are asking for in these programs, but you still need to learn how and practice doing it well.

Have to buy it
Reply:PhotoShop isn't free,and it's illegal to pirate it.

Try the free Paint.net, PhotoFiltre 6 or GimpShop, Google for them by name.
Reply:As a graphics professional, let me bite my tongue very hard and attempt to answer you nicely. Photoshop is a rather sophisticated, high-end photo manipulation and digital painting program. It takes YEARS to master. It is more akin to a canvas and paintbrush than a "program" that "does things for you". Somehow the term "Photoshop" has worked its way into pop culture allowing anyone and his brother with a computer to believe he is an artist. Do not waste your money unless you are artistically gifted and plan to spend years studying if you expect any kind of results which are not laughable.
Reply:I would have to say that Paint Shop Pro is a favorite of many programmers and "techies" without a lot of sophisticated design experience (including myself). It has a free 90 day trial and after that it only costs $99 to buy! It also has some decent macros for fixing eye and teeth color... not 100% automated but makes it very simple.

I don't know about making celebrities fatter or anorexic, but I'm sure it is easier than Photoshop -- which I can't stand for reasons that have nothing to do with design or imaging.
