I say for me teeth/smile, and overall apperance.

What is the first thing you notice about a person?
His/her built. Big person can be intimidating and small built tend to make you feel secured even for a moment.If a person is too big I wont bother to look in the eyes unless I have to.I make it a point to avoid very big person when ever I can. If I have to meet such person I will look into the eyes for the eyes will give me an indication of the persons state of mind .
