I recently had a tooth extracted and I was wondering if it is healing right. Are there and good web sites out that will show pictures for examples. I want to know if it looks normal.

WELL YOU CAN GO TO GOOGLE AND TYPE IN IMAGES OF HEALING SOCKET AFTER TOOTH EXTRACTION, YOU WILL GET SOME LINKS, BUT THERE ARE NOT REALLY ANY GOOD PICS. USUALLY YOU WILL SEE THAT TEH HOLE STARTS TO CLSOE FROM OUT IN, AND THE GUM COLOR NORMALIZES AFTER A FEW DAYS FROM DARK PINK TO LIGHT PINK, NO PUS SHOULD COME OUT FROM THE SOCKET AFTER 4 DAYS OR SO.
Reply:if the put in stitches they should be coming out soon however it took mine like 2 weeks for me to start healing when i had a wisdom tooth pulled. it should look a little white not alot but a little and you should stay away from foods that clump up like rice.
