I have some questions about braces and tooth extractions?

Well I'm getting 4 teeth pulled so i can get braces,


How long after I get them pulled will i get braces.


Like a week,


so they can heal?


Or what?








Also about the braces part,


Can anyone show me pictures of kids with braces,


just to see how they might look.


Or show me before and after pictures.


Please and Thank you.








Oh and tell me what colour braces you have.

What a coincedence!


I just had 4 teeth pulled and I am getting braces soon.


Anyways, they told me I had to heal for a week before getting the braces. Then, depending on your teeth you will or will not be getting spacers to space out your teeth before getting braces (I did).


I am getting clear braces:

whichever you choose will probably look just fine, though. I think the clear braces might cost more, but talk to your orthodontist and ask what he/she recommends.





As for the extractions, it will only hurt a little for the first few days, and you will probably get prescription medicine. Just drink lots of smoothies! lol.


I don't know if you will want to be put to sleep for the extractions, or just numbed. I was numbed and it worked out pretty well and it was pretty quick.
