I am getting braces soon and I don't know what colors to pick. (read more below V)?

I want to do like a spring combo, since it is spring where I live but I don't know. See I've had braces before and I've heard to stay away from white because it turns yellow, yellow becase it can give you the apperance of having yellow teeth, and black becasue it makes you look like your teeth are rotten or you are missing teeth. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?!?! I have tried googleing pictures of braces and I have tried that thing where you pick your colors but nothing seems to work! PLEASE HELP. (PS. IM A GIRL)

they look nice . U can try blue i think they are nice also. Is it possible u can ask your dentist to show sample of colours, if not check with him which is the most popular colour right now. Another suggestion would be using multiple colours in your braces but skipping the above colours which u mention. I have seen people wearing multiple colours it looks interesting.I hope this helps!

the best suggestion that I can give you is to look at the folks around you. i am assuming that you are a student, probably in middle or high school... so there should be plenty of peers to look at who have braces. so look at them! you may not know them but just talk to them for a second and see what their's look like.





I had braces and I loved picking out the colors, which was the best part of having the braces while they were on.





A lot of people try to get "white" but I say stay away from white. To me it looks like plague, and I always have to take a second look to see that they have braces on.





Braces are fun. Don't be like some who want to "hide" that they have braces. Every other kid has braces now it seems so don't be ashamed and fall in the trap of getting something that would make your braces less visible.





I'm glad that you want to experiment with the colors! So just go for whatever. How about a pink and blue (I believe that most dentist, at least mine did, allow you to have up to a certain number of colors)? That's a great spring "collection" (hehe).
Reply:If you want less noticable braces get the clear, its on the modules (little bands on the brackets) that stain, and its only if you eat colored food like spaghetti, curries or stuff like 2 minute noodles with chicken flavouring.


If you get the colored braces you get different colors and you can change them yourself
