Your True Image: Mirror or Picture?

In pictures, my eyes are uneven, and one is usally smaller then the other. But when I look in the mirror, they look perfectly even. And when I look in the video camera, my eyes look uneven too, and my teeth look werider. This is because I have braces on at the moment, and my one teeth is slightly further back, and when I see it in the video camera, it looks really noticable. This is not usally the case in pictures or mirrors..

Pictures can either be a good way to present people, or a bad way. It all depends on the lighting, and most importantly--the angle! A pic taken from a bad angle can make you look completely different!


As for the eye thing, that happens to my friend alllll the time- they are perfectly even, but in pics one is slightly smaller than the othe; that is because of the way she does her "camera smile"


So just try different smiles

Reply:How you look in pictures depends on the lighting, setting, distance it was taken at, etc and mirrors rely on a lot of what you see for yourself. A lot of the flaws we see in the mirror either aren't really there or just aren't as visible.





It really just depends.

Reply:Your true image is the picture. When you look in a mirror, your image is flipped. It's kinda like when you look at writing through a mirror... it's backwards. That`s what happens with your image too. :P
Reply:one of my eyes is alot smaller in pictures too. i hate it.
Reply:Isnt that weird?! i know what you mean, whenever my dad looks into the mirror his eyes are WAY crooked, but looking at him normally they arent. I dont know it is weird
